2003-2006 Dodge/Cummins ISBe Common Rail

Dodge Common Rail Nozzles are easy to R and R. Included with your nozzles is tool to help you remove each nozzle, and an instructional DVD, that helps you learn how to R and R the injectors, and the nozzles. Please see our tech section for more info. When you are done just put the core nozzles, the DVD, and the tool back in the box and ship it back to DDP. Electronic boxes can raise rail pressure enough to crack the nozzle, and the injector body. Over time this could lead to engine failure. Using pressure boxes is not recommended by DDP. Nozzles that are cracked cannot be used for a core. Also beware that some box manufactures claim they do not add pressure, but in fact they do. If it plugs into the rail pressure sensor then it raises pressure. Even some downloader’s have the ability to raise pressure.

1998.5-2002 Dodge/Cummins ISB 

DDP only sells complete injectors for ISB trucks. We do this to ensure you get the best product available, and because we've done extensive testing to match nozzle flow rates to opening pressures. Bolting in a set of nozzles without setting opening pressure will cause poor idle, and other possible complications. Engine Serial # 6462592 and lower will need new connector tubes to prevent fuel leaks.
